Organizational Capability Identification
The Capability View is created using the Capability Viewpoint. The view includes one or more Capability Models based upon the capability concept. This view represents the High Level Design of the capabilities of the organization. The following capability model is an example of an overall set of capabilities for an organization.

The Porter Value Chain provides a good model for the identification of the capabilities used in an organisation. The value chain is shown in the following picture:
